We are so pleased you have chosen White Smiles Family Dental for your dental care needs!

We understand that dental care can be expensive. It is, however, an excellent investment in your overall physical and mental health. We strive to help make dental care fit into your busy schedule as well as your budget, and we offer several different payment plans for your convenience.

Please provide 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We understand that sometimes conflicts happen and emergencies arise, and we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.


We are happy to bill your insurance and coordinate benefits if you have a secondary insurance. Please be aware that insurance usually doesn’t cover 100 percent of treatment, and the remainder of the balance is your responsibility. Insurance balances that are not paid within 90 days may be billed to you.

Patient balances that go unpaid for 30 days or more may incur one or more of the following charges:

  • Interest charge of 1.5% per month
  • 18% APR collection fees (up to 25% of the original balance)
  • Legal fees for collection service

Third-Party Financing

We accept CareCredit, America's leading health care financing program.

CareCredit is a health care credit card to help with your wellness needs. It allows you to pay for the cost of treatment in full by making simple monthly payments to CareCredit. CareCredit extends special financing offers that are not available using traditional credit cards. Low- and no-interest financing is available. Applying is easy, and you’ll get an approval response within minutes.

Other Payment Options

We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard, as well as cash and personal checks. There will be a fee of $30 for any check returned as nonsufficient funds.
