This patient had old composite veneers and restorations on her upper front teeth that did not age well. Poor margins and translucency. Replaced with all-ceramic crowns to improve the strength of the teeth, restore the teeth to their original heights and increase the translucency of the upper anterior teeth to maximize her smile.

This patient came to us concerned about her old and deteriorating ceramic veneers. They looked good when they were placed decades ago, but she was ready for a better smile. The existing veneers were slanting to her left and were a little too short for optimum esthetics. We decided to increase the length of the teeth to give a more youthful look, and we lightened the shade as well. As you can see by making the teeth slightly longer, whiter, and correcting the angulation of the teeth we were able to greatly improve the overall esthetics of her smile.

This is a patient who was unhappy with an old set of veneers that just didn't look good anymore. She was concerned because she never really liked the way her veneers looked in the past. To make sure she would be happy with her new crowns we made diagnostic model of her teeth before we started with the new proposed crowns to show how all the improvements we were going to achieve. Her fears of how the crowns would look were put to rest, and now her smile is even more beautiful than before.

Here is a cosmetic case to prove that you are never to old have a beautiful smile. This patient who is in 80's, always wanted a beautiful smile. After years of putting it off he was concerned that his teeth would not be fixable. He came in to see us and asked if there was anything we could do to fix his teeth and improve his smile. Using cosmetic crowns we were able to restore his teeth and make his smile just how he wanted it.

Here is a patient with broken down, fractured front teeth. He was chiefly concerned with cosmetically enhancing his smile, but wanted to make sure that we maintained the gap between his front teeth.
